Here’s how we create a new product from scratch:

Share your design ideas, preferred stones, styles, or just a rough concept. Attach references if you have them.
We’ll respond to discuss possibilities and options. (Enjoy the creative process!)
We’ll create a CAD design or handmade sample based on your vision.
After your approval, we proceed with production.
Stay excited—you’ll receive pictures of the ‘work in progress’ and gemstones we’re using.
Once the final product passes a quality check, we’ll ship it to you.
Your design is confidential, and we take great care to protect it.
